Yoga is something that already belongs to everyone, whatever stage you are at in life. It's not something that someone can give to you or looks a certain way, but something we guide you toward. Yoga brings you comfort and balances it with strength, while connecting the breath with the body and mind. This is your own personal practice that will change and grow as time go's on, what we do today we simply may not choose to do tomorrow. It's very simple, yoga is fun!
Choose to focus on your posture exercises, breathing, meditation, or chanting. We will custom design a session that best suits your physiotherapy requirements and help you deepen into the benefits of each posture. We will go at the pace you are comfortable with, this time is all about you.
Christina is available to teach group classes at your venue. Please email hello@redberrystudio.ca with details. And keep an eye out on the website for dates.
Please email a brief introduction and the service you are looking for. After this initial contact, you may be sent access to the online bookings calendar.

This 60 minute, led class is a fun and light way for anyone just starting to roll out their mat or needing to do a gentle physical therapy. You will be guided through the transitions safely and help you find your way to each posture (asana) as it best suits you. Become comfortable with standing and seated asana thereby gaining confidence to practice at home or join led classes and workshops. As always, feel free to ask questions and make comments during class.
You can expect a friendly and encouraging environment here. You will be guided through the asana in both the primary, second series and the more advanced therapy poses of Ashtanga yoga. Sync up your breath, body & mind and enjoy the flow. A question period will be open at the end of the class.
Self Practice sessions are affectionately called Mysore style, referring to the birthplace of Ashtanga yoga in Mysore, India. Anyone attending this class will have their own posture sequence plan in mind. Our role is to assist you to move deeper into a pose if you’d like and work with you to learn new ones. A Mysore style class can be viewed as an individual practice in a group setting because you go at your own pace during the set time.
This workshop is for anyone who has attended studio classes and wants to go a little deeper. Go from regular led vinyasa classes to how we practice in the ‘Mysore’ or self practice sessions. Own your practice through your breath, dristi, and the Ashtanga yoga sequences with modifications for every pose.
